Tell Us Who You Need on Your Team

You do not need a perfect job description before contacting us. Start with the work: what needs to be done, how often it needs to happen, the systems involved, and the type of experience that would make someone useful from the start.

We can use that information to guide the next conversation and candidate search. Ready to hire offshore employees or hire remote staff? Request candidate profiles, ask for an offshore staffing quote, or book an offshore hiring consultation.

Schedule a discovery call if you are still deciding which role or staffing model makes sense. Bring a list of the work your team needs help with; that is enough to begin.

Before You Submit

Do not include passwords, private customer data, medical information, legal case details, financial account information, or other sensitive records in the contact form. Role requirements are enough for the first conversation. The FTC's guide to protecting personal information explains why sensitive records should never go through a general web form.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Before you write, you may find Services, How It Works, Pricing & Hiring Models and the FAQ helpful.

What information should I include in my request?

Share the role, top responsibilities, required experience, software, expected hours, time zone, and desired start date. If a qualification is essential, label it clearly so it is not confused with a preference.

What if I do not know the right job title?

Describe the work instead. List the tasks that need an owner and the tools involved. The responsibilities usually make it easier to identify the closest role than starting with a vague title.

Can I request more than one employee?

Yes. Describe each role separately when the responsibilities or skills are different. Clear scopes make candidate matching and interviews easier to manage.

Should I send confidential information?

No. Do not place passwords, customer records, financial account details, health information, legal case information, or other sensitive data in a general contact form. Share only the information needed to discuss the role.

How soon will someone contact me?

Your request will be reviewed against the role, schedule and skills you shared, and our team will follow up about next steps.
